Conference Speakers

There are FOUR things we need from you as a speaker and a few more that are optional benefits and opportunities. Below you will see the things we NEED and the things that are optional.

Speaker Requirements

This is the form each speaker needs to complete that provides a headshot, title of your session and description.

It is our goal to get your message of HOPE out to our attendees and make YOU look good at the same time. 

One of the way we do this is through tech checks prior to the event. Please use this link to sign up for a tech check time slot. Anticipate this taking between 15 and 30 minutes.

We need you to confirm the time slot we have you scheduled to speak. Please check the schedule and then confirm your scheduled time here.

We need you to activate your ticket on Hopin. This helps us set up the event and allows us to designate you as a speaker in the platform.

Simply click the blue button “Join Event.” If you have not used Hopin before, you will need to create an account. If you have, you can just click the blue button and login to your account.

Additional Opportunities

Each speaker receives the opportunity to have an expo booth at the event. If you desire to do this, here are a couple of tips:

  • Think of this as an email list building opportunity – not a selling opportunity
  • Provide a freebie as an incentive to join your email list
  • Create a series of emails welcoming new subscribers, introducing yourself and your products and giving a chance to buy from you.
  • Fill out the form, carefully following the directions for each question.

One of the opportunities of being a speaker is the chance to be an affiliate! 

While the conference is free, there is an opportunity to upgrade attendee tickets. If you share a link specific to you, you can earn 40% for each ticket upgrade occurring through your affiliate link. Set up your affiliate account.

We want to provide a valuable experience for YOU and for our attendees. One of the ways we can do that is by creating opportunities for deeper connections.
